Managing Director
Iain Michel is co-founder and Managing Director of Seven22 Advisors. He has over 30 years experience in Enterprise and Industrial software in both strategy and operational roles spanning market and product strategy, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and strategic investments, business development, and general management.
In his current role, Iain serves software and private equity clients in multiple industry sectors across a range of target markets. Recent engagements include market evaluation and strategy, organic and inorganic growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions (diligence, deal execution and post-merger integration), product and go-to-market strategies, and executive/board advisory.
